X-Ball Training

After playing a few games this weekend at Ambush and watching the XBall being played and helping coach a few games, I can see the benifit of even non Xball teams really training like they were.

Most impressive game I saw was where mostly the new Nexus players played the game with their own rule of no bunkers allowed. They walked up the field in seconds clearing it as they went.
