X Ball coaching overlooked....

One thing that absolutely amazed me at Cup was the number of coaching errors made even by DI teams, including Dynasty, Strange and the Dogs, from throwing the towel when running time off the clock was the smart thing to do to blowing two minutes of game time by not throwing the timeout towel at all when down points in the second half.


I suppose it's mildly understanddable with Dynasty - but after a year of playing DI, wouldn't ya think DI regulars would have figured this stuff out?

so if they could get on top of the whole towel dilemma, do you think they would be able to hold their own in the NXL division?

Honestly...

I have no idea. I've yet to see an NXL game. Didn't have the time at Cup. Considering that these teams had the talent to compete with the players on the NXL teams last season, and considering from what I've heard some of the NXL teams don't exactly have their coaching down either, I wouldn' tbe surprised if the top of Di could compete with those already in the NXL.

Disclaimer: That's about as close to absolute conjecture as you can get. I really have no clue.
