Yes its very possible to use 30psi, which can send a paintball at 300 FPS. So therefore it can still break a ball. 30psi might not seem alot compared to the 400 up to 800psi on our guns now. But its still pressurised compressed air which sends a bolt into a paintball at 300FPS.
i was actually wrong, the gemini system for cockers made by www.gforcepb.com actually operates at 15 psi on the bolt
