As the title says, looking for a cheap starter hopper as long as its in working condition thats all that matters. I can pay cash or bank transfer, havent got a cheque book or paypal . So if you want to post what you have on offer and it would be much appriciated if you could post pics.

I've got a brand new, still in its packaging, VL Quantum, does about 8 balls per second I believe, though would have to check.
