WTD UK: Cheap Hopper

I am looking for a hopper for a friend, needs to be as cheap as possible. Would be better if it was new or as new. He is looking to spend less than £20 all in. I know he wont get a great hopper for this but he is not too bothered about the speed. Let me know what you have.
