Yes mate if you have got a fill rig you can take it Just Paintball to get it filled or go to Bourgh road industrial estate (near the Civic Theatre) you want the Lawnmower Doctor, he fills diving cylinder with his compressor and used to play ball back in the day (early 90's) or go to Batty about Diving on North Road (opposite B and Q) and see if they will fill it.
