WTD Rex Dialler Kit or IVG

Hi guys am looking for a rex dialler kit, as nobody seems to have an IVG (the small screw with hex hole in that you turn to adjust velocity)

Will pay fair money as this is needed for a gat I sourced for a mate and not good, it's broke
