WTD: CP rail, 3000psi fill nipple, angel feedneck

I need:

1 (hopefully CP) minirail for around £5 posted, preferably silver, doesn't need to be new.
Can swap or part ex for WGP chrome drop forward rail, or someone can buy that if they like.

Either a black or silver angel feedneck. Hopefully clamping but hit me with what you've got.

I need a fill nipple for a 3000psi HP bottle.
& can anyone tell me if there's a difference between 4500psi & 3000psi fill nipples?
or LP/hp?
