WTD 45" SWIVEL MACROLINE COLAR!

as title says guys wanting to upgrade my geo+ that has a normal swival colar with a 45" elbow on the bottom of my inline reg ? to the new swivel angled 45" type like found on geos 2.1 any body can help with this just get in touch thanxs andy !
