Tony Harrison What is your beef with the Mac? Mar 13, 2007 6,516 1,874 238 Aug 14, 2012 #2 Best deal ATM is Tesco's own brand (Tecnika) 40" full HD LCD with built-in Freeview & USB record for £248. Also, Samsung 43" plasma £349 at Sainsburys. But whether paying another £100 for an extra 3" is questionable. Last edited: Aug 14, 2012 Reactions: Robin Hood

But for the cost of one of those, you could buy two of the Tesco 40" HD tv's, and still haver £150 to buy two of the Sony Internet Blu-Ray players from Richer Sounds:- http://www.richersounds.com/product/blu-ray/sony/bdps185/sony-bdps185 Then you could have one set up in your living room, and one in your bedroom. And to finish it off, buy two of these, again from Richer Sounds:- http://www.richersounds.com/product/soundbars/sharp/htsb250/shar-htsb250 Last edited: Aug 14, 2012 Reactions: Robin Hood

This is a budget purchase, so looking in the £250-£350ish range for a half decent used or budget new TV, depending on the size. I'll have a peek at all of those listed, sounds like some potential there Last edited: Aug 14, 2012
