Wtd: 3k reg

i have a C5 steel bottle for sale in need of repair, but has a 3k reg on it...if that's any use......
bottle needs a new fill nipple (none on it it was fcukd...)
the guage doesn't work right either - never really has, but if you fill from a 3k line or dive tank you're safe neough...
