saw this for sale and thought it would be a cheaper alternative to electronic hoppers. would it work?

What type of marker do you use mate? Gravity fed hoppers are great if you use pumps or slow semis.

i havent got any kit yet so im looking around at different bits of gear. im mainly intending to play tournament but occasionally will be doing woodsball

Would recommend that if you intend to play in Sup Air Tournaments an electric hopper is a must!

look for a halo or reloader b torque or anything electronic.look in the for sale section on here it's much better than ebay and make sure you read the rules.good luck and happy shopping.

Agreed, use the For sale forums here to get some really good kit and much lower prices to get you started.
