Depends, most 3000psi tanks are metal so much heavier than fibre wrap type bottles, though there are some 3000Psi fibre wrap bottles about.
4500 can be good if you have to turn around really quick between two games so don't have time to fill up between every game.

You can get hold of fibre wrap 3000psi 68ci's I have one - Its by Pure Energy. It does make a hell of a difference in terms of weight, wether you'll run out of air is probably more a case of what type of game you play? Woodsball, Supair, Ramping on or off and so on. If you play tourny and play front you'll unlikely run out, but if you play back and are hammering paint out then you might well do. and of course how efficient your marker is. But on the other hand most sites will only fill to about 3k (where i've been anyhow) unless you're at a fairly decent sized tourney that Hpac bring the compressors down to.

We were filling off of dive tanks and nearly draining 3000psi 1.1 ltr bottles during practice games
as beanbag83 says it depends on the efficency of the gun your using. i've used 3000psi fibrewrap 1.1ltr bottle and found it held more than enough. for an ego i could get a hopper and about 6 pots out of it before i need a refill. 4500psi gives you that bit extra just in case you need it though.
get a 4500 tbh
a pm5 can be hungry and if you ever want to play tornys get a 4500k you will only regret it
