World record game!!!

International Challenges Ltd are appealing for challengers to come forward in order to set a new world record for the largest gathering of people for a paint ball game. It doesn't matter whether you are a keen player or are looking to be introduced to paintball for the first time this will truly be an amazing day for all.

This world record will take place at the renowned site of Bawtry Paintball fields near Doncaster on the 30th of July. Bawtry Paintball fields have over 200 acres of pure adrenalin and guarantee this day to be fun packed with special features like the "Predator".

Entry to play for the day costs £25 including 500 paintballs, or if you haven't got your own equipment then don't worry for only £65 you will receive to keep the new Icon Z marker, barrel sock, a set of goggles, 12oz Co2 canister, hopper and 500 paintballs , now this is everything you need to get started playing paintball and is yours to keep for this extraordinary price.

Is there an actual game scenario or do we all turn up, a head count is taken shoot a few paintballs and then go home?

Is there going to be air, lunch, camping, trade stands and other things we paintballers expect on a big game.

What kind of paint are you selling, how much for a box? can we BYO?

We need more information than this.

this is the information i know

- it will be a senario game with objectives to obtain not just firing a few paintballs around.

-theres going to air and co2 in shed loads for all the players

-there will be trade stands there that will be put in the base camp so plenty of space for u lot to buy and try

-not sure about camping i belive its just a one day event but it is very close to donny so loads of places to sleep for the night if u live a distance.

-agian not quite sure on what paint will be there or prices yet.

A friend of mine gave them a call, he heard that paint is gonna be £25 per bag of 500 :/ he's waiting for an email with more info

That's what I'm hoping cause it seems a bit much. They're gonna email him with more info I think. If not I'll have to give them a call and find out

i agree with u there if it is £25 a bag of 500 thats too pricey so lets hope its not!!

i will be marshalling on the day as im a marshall at the site just putting the notice up to get people to come and join in the event will deffintly boost uk paintballing as it will attract peeps that have just played a few times on a normal punter day.

A couple of question's:

How many people signed up so far?

How many people are you expecting?

How many people do you need to break the world record?

I'm very sceptical about this. As i'm sure with THE BIG GAME at the end of this month already having 600-700 players already signed up, surely they are closer to getting the record if it was possible. However i'm sure the americans with there truly exceptional scenario games set-up's would already of broken the world record by a lot more the u.k. could muster together.

EDIT: here is exactly why I unfortunately think you will fail.
