World Cup/ NXL Results

Philly eliminates Miami in 2 games and NY eliminates Legacy (though given their penchant for penalities one might say SD eliminated themselves or at least helped NY quite a bit) in 2 to fill the final two spots for NXL playoffs beginning on Wednesday.

They have played already? I was under the impression the whole cup was being held back a day due to Wilma. Or are you just making predictions?

Agge - Yup, the NXL starts early for the playoffs because there are 10 franchises - so 2 need eliminating early - SD and Miami in this case

Beaks--don't know but I doubt it. Darryl and Adam have both insisted 'Bots were only added to roster in case of injury, etc. to regulars--though if anyone gets hit by a truck it might be interesting to see who's driving.

I was also wondering, since DC is not involved in the NXL anymore, can someone record a decent NXL match and upload it to the net so we can actually see what its all about. I know how Xball works, Ive seen Xball being played buy all types of teams apart from an all NXL matchup. Watching The Legion v Phillys Finest is the closest Ive got and it was pretty much a one way afair.

While Shock wouldn't have been my ideal first round opponent I'm not complaining. As to the rest it depends on whether each round is re-seeded or they are using a traditional 8 team bracket. I'm told second hand it's gonna be re-seeded so we'll just have to wait and see.

Re: filming Traumahead and others should be filming NXL for post event dvd's and I'm sure there will be peeps in the grandstand filming as well and some of those will likely reach the net before too long.

Thats pretty cool, it sucks about all those wasted hours of play though.

(I dont mean for the players, I mean from a paintball fan aspect. Would have liked to have kept up to date visually for however long the NXL has been running)
