Not an Angel expert mate but I am pretty sure the older ones worked on HP or LP.

ir3s were the last of the high pressure angels, the 04 speed was the first low pressure angels, put a high pressure on there and you'll never get your velocity lower that 350fps and risk fluffing your LPR

There is a minireg mod to allow you to use a high pressure preset, but if you have the choice of air systems stick with the low pressure ones.
