How come at Millennium events the judges wipe the barricades down between games to make it easier to tell if a player is hit or if it's rub? but in America the judges never seem to do this?

Surely it is one of the best and simplest things to help maintain good judging...

It wasn't even happening on the NXL field at World Cup, but it did at the Nations cup at Campaign....

Come on those at the PSP (not sure about NPPL?) hire some squeegie monkeys and set em to work. :D

Now wouldn't that make for a great Bud Light commercial?

Today we salute you, Mister Between Game Bunker Paint Remover. After the slop and slinging and mugging on the field between the buzzers, you scrape off all the leftover paint that didn't find it's target, but could cause problems later. (No nasty leftovers!) It didn't get all over their shirts, masks, and hoppers this time, but could be used to cover up real hits next time. (Can't let em do that!) Spraying with hoses, blowing with leaf blowers, even squeegeeing with squeegees (Imagine that!) you keep it all clear for the real game to be played, the real way it happened. (Really really that's the fact!) So crack open a cold Bud Light, Mister Between Game Bunker Paint Remover, cause you keep the refs able to see what's going on...whenever they decide to pay attention in the first place. (Thank you thank you thank you.....)

and you spit on your dustbin men at christmas time yea?!

All NPPLs fields have wiper squads between games and not just in the finals, but throughout the tournament.... generally local kids. - They do a pretty damn good job.

I was one of the S.P.O.Ds at campaign that did the bunker wiping between x-ball and division games, and i think it just saves alot of hassel as players can't spark up arguments about paint rubbing on to them and saying they weren't hit if the judges know it wasn't there at the start!!
