There are a lot of shocker bashers on this forum. Might be part of the reason? Smart Parts unpopularity?

I don't think it's just Shockers - it's pretty much any high-end marker where the owner is asking for a reasonable price.

A couple of weeks ago there were a shed-load of Angel 1s up for sale, before that Ego 07s, now it's Shockers.

Unless you stick them up at bargain basement prices, they're hard to shift.

well, you are trying to sell a ND shocker which im sure you paid £500-700 pounds for dependin on the Xchange rate, SP has far too many PL version of there guns, some they own the rights to, some they dont, and the ones they do have just dropped in price from $1000-$1200 to $800. Therefor your gun is now worth £400 new. I was trying to sell my NXT which hasnt dropped in price, and mine is only £50 less new than a PL Shocker. So all those sites that sell shockers will soon be lowering the price and srewing over all the people who paid a lot more money only a short while ago. I would say the max you could get for you gun is around the £375 mark, whereas i would probably get the same for a stock NXT with a qlock. It depends how much you want to lose and how much you want to sell the gun. Remember some guns lose 30% of there value straight away, EGo7's going for £500 is sign, though this could be in prempt of the new releases of the guns in october at world cup.

i think a reasonable offer is 30% below the asking price, but at the end of the day, every deal is between the buyer and the seller, if the buyer cant afford to pay full price, why shouldnt he be able to offer a lower price?

remember this? and if you think your standard shocker is worth the same as a Naughty dogs, you are going to be selling for a very long time.

What were you looking for yours? £400 ish?? so by your own logic people should be offering £280 ish??

all markers lose money. some seem to lose more than others, but remember at the end of the day a standard NXT shocker is about the same price as a PM6. Ego7 and DM7 are much more expensive to begin with, therefore only appear to hold their value for longer. the reality is that they are losing money at the same rate but starting from a higher point.

do also remember that you are trying to sell to a load of students on summer hols, and people who have very recently been fleeced at campaign.............
