Think of like a NPPL e-mail promo for my SYB thread. That and if you notice nobody has answered the original question, instead they've asked their own question or implied some ulterior motive.
Ok then, I obviously can't answer the original question, but I can ask who, out of all the teams who have earned a CPL spot are stupid enough to turn it down? Now that the Board has managed to solve their little issue is anyone going to just walk away from the oppurtunity to play the best teams in Europe?
No but if the issue I think you are elluding to is what I think it is that has been sorted out too...
