How about Robbo?
Easier to organise and cheaper than a Yank pro, and he could teach everyone the Nexus snap shot.
Cheaper???
You kiddin' me Jonboy??
Cheeky sod!
You pay for what you get in this life, and although the kids from west coast Dynasty land sure know how to play and can easily display as much ...... seminars are for learning and not just a spectacle.
It might end up with me charging less but I ain't cheaper ...
If you attend any seminar, it is crucial the people who attend end up leaving with an understanding of our sport and not just a memory of seeing it played out by great players.
There is a critical difference between seeing the game and understanding the game, and this is where a lot of these seminars fall on their ass when it comes to upholding what I believe to be the most crucial of all the conditions a seminar has to uphold ...... and that is to teach the fundamentals of our sport in terms of imparting a true understanding to all who attend.
And no, this is not an advert for me doing any seminars, I still get asked to do them and for some weird reason, I get more requests from the US than over here in Europe.
I think maybes the Yanks take it more seriously?
Co-incidentally, I was talking to Kitch yesterday and we both agreed that if we look back 5 years at the way our teams took to training etc ... we both felt teams nowadays just don't seem as serious or committed ... and if true, it's a crying shame and a situation I'd love to see turn around and hopefully the goals of the Federation, if achieved, will do just that ... Oooops sorry, I'm deviating from the thread's line.
