I have heard that E-Bay ban some auctions with paintball markers on, because people have called them paintball guns. It seems that as soon as they see the word gun in the title, they don't like it.

This flaw in the E-Bay selling system is a bit more serious though. Maybe the UKPSF can get in contact with them and make arrangements for correct legislation on the selling of paintball markers on E-Bay. Will work out better for everyone, don't you think?

I beleive this guy is the same one who has, given the evidence presented and collected, attempted to possibly defraud a few people of their hard earned cash. ALLEDGEDLY.

He puts up pictures to describe the item NOT THE ACTUAL ITEM PICTURE.

STATES NETHERLANDS in the UK.

When genuine questions are put to him he avoids the answer.

eg. "How come your in Holland"?
1st reply = No I'm in the UK at the moment but I travel alot to Netherlands.
2nd Reply = Exacly the opposite.

A few people on here have had the misfortune to deal with this guy and most have been Lucky and avoided him.

I will retract everything I have said and apologise for raising peoples awareness, when I meet someone who has had a good experience buying from him. Or it could be a her, who knows.

The only way may be to Escrow with his item, but finding a good UK one is hard.

I bid on an ir3 back in February on Ebay, put in a few bids up to a level that i thought was what the ir3 was worth, and got out bid.
Out of the blue this guy, Ionut Buh, e-mails me and says that i was the last but one bidder on this ir3, and i had a second chance, which i thought was odd as i bid at least £100 under the last bid on the ir3.
The information on the seller, said that he was from Wrexham, but when i asked this, he said that he had moved recently to Holland, now this is starting to sound dodgy to me, so i called his bluff, and asked him to send the goods to me and when they arrived i would transfer the funds directly to his bank account.
I stated that if he was in any doubt that i was who i said i was, he could contact wdp and ask them to verify who i was. He then came back with excuses saying that he needed to make the sale asap, and if i sent the money by Western Union, he would send the goods immediately after he got the money. I then repeated my offer, and he came back with another reply in the same pigeon english reply as before. So i told him this was the only way we could make the sale, and i left it at that.
He replied again, saying that he was a genuine seller and if i sent the funds via western union he would send the marker to me straight away. i left it at that and never heard from him again.

I felt this was very dodgy, does any of this ring a bell with anyone.
