thereis the 2002 Euroball , it's an indoor 5 men tournament , 60 teams , 4 sup air ball and it's in germany Nurnberg .
Some great names there , Consilium Dei , Tigres de camp , Shockwave , Nexus etc

There is an indoor tournament on the 1st of december in Hatfield, it is a 4 man, unfortunately that is all I know.

There is an indoor site in Bristol as well, I believe it is the showtime indoor.
