Get yourself(or your bottle) to a Midland masters event or one where HPAC are doing the air fills, they'll do it and have a 1 week turnaround. failing that try London Paintball Supplies and they'll help you out, your looking at about £25 for a hydrotest.

I'm with QP on this

Was a tyhread about a while back, and the consensus there was that planet had stopped testing. But H-Pac do, plus your local dive shops may well know of any local test centres.

i got a bottle tested at a dive shop...get the yellow pages out and phone round a bit they should be able to help you out
