Obviously i know and trust that H-pac can test, but i was wondering who can actually do testing?
I know that my local dive shop for instance re-tests dive tanks, but is there a certain standard/code of practice/devil worship/level in which tests have to abide too?
And therefore, if my dive shop meets this criteria then am i right that i could assume that there would be no reason why they could not test my bottles assuming that they would be prepared to do it?
