which vlocity chip

i have got a chip for a velocity. could anyone tell me which type of chip it is with these numbers its got on it.

It's definitely not ours. We don't use that kind of chip due to it's small capacity and low clock frequency.

It might be one of the stock chips or the old Lucky Blitz...

The easiest way to find out would be to test how the chip reacts to random pushing the button ;D
