Which Reg?

Hi Boys n Girls,

Bought one of those small 0,7L bottle at the Welsh Open but didn't buy a reg

Can anyone tell me what would be a good reg for it and how do I work out what I can fill it to?

flowwise i'd go PMI or crossfire personally both are 4500- 5000

What can I fill the bottle to, 3000 or 45000?
Can't work it out from the bottle.

its a 4.5k bottle mate (i think, pretty sure)
