I need a big barrel for our training paint as its larger than my .692 ultralite. What barrels are bigger but still quality not old brass drainpipe from 1980 etc

Yes this is true, stainless freak kit goes up to .697 and is a better quality than the standard inserts.
Got mine for that very reason, cos I had trouble shooting some training paint in winter with a .695 so opted to get a new kit and it helped to shift some of those ugly oversized projectiles i had stored up in the house and could not use !!
As far as i am aware this is the largest barrel size available.

Used Mike before, very good. Email him and see if he can get what you want.
Although looking at the site they only list .693, but to be fair I had a single bore .693 CP that shot every paint I put through it over 18months, best barrel I ever shot and $40 too.

Bit late now, but Empire barrel kits all come with a .696 as standard, really light, top quality too.
