where to refill CO2 tank?

I'm having a helluva time finding someone to refill my 20 oz CO2 tank. I'm in Oxford. Any ideas?

i actually use it for carbonation at home. i've called around to the paintball places around here, and none of them seem to do it (surprisingly).

Get in touch with a company that fills and pressure tests fire extinguisher. You can also try to contact the fire department in your area and ask them.
