all depends what you mean by cheap.
There are plenty of online shops now, many of which are doing free postage. But your best bet is to contact the shops and negotiate a deal for the team which is bound to get you a better price than buying at the published prices.

Try warped in Wolverhampton - they stock Severe Storm - not sure how much it is exactly but it wasn't deer..
Try B&Q mate....I believe their "Value" Satin Emulsion is on sale right now...perfect for kitchens etc...dont put it on the ceiling or coving though...brings out all the marks...a nice brilliant white matt, emulsion is what you want there...or look at www.rekkagear.com they have a sisiter site for paint...
