Hi there... All of you pros have probably heard this one a hundred times before.

I have been playing rec-ball for the last 2 years now but i have never owned my own set of kit before. I am now buying my own set of kit and i am planning to start a team ( essex invaders )

I have been looking at HPA systems for the teams markers but i was wondering where you can fill these for low cost..

Also. There is a cheap 0.8 ltr bottle with a 3000psi regulator on pheonix paintball. How many shots will i got out of a 0.8ltr bottle and would i be better off spending a few more £ and getting a 1.1ltr ????

Welcome to the fold mate...

From the 0.8 3000psi bottle you should get about 500-800 shots depending on your marker and setup...

I personally would spend a bit more and get a 1.1 4500psi pre-set system... coz when you upgrade your marker(and you will!) you won't have to buy another air system for that...

it will be cheaper in the long run...

It depends on the gun but you dont wanna use a 0.8 3000psi. It will run out very quickly.

For a fairly efficient gun (Angel cocker timmay etc) I would say at least a 1.5 3000psi or a 0.8 4500psi.

For somethink less efficient (matrix shocker) you would need to go bigger.

Also a back player will need more than that if they have to spend entire games locking down a tape or something.

Depends what you want to do...
Some sites will have air/nitrogen onsite for you to use...
If not, get a 12L 300 Bar (4500 psi) dive tank..or give LPC a ring and they will sell you a 12L tank and fill rig for about £180, that qualifies for a 5 year test period, as its not a Dive tank, because it has a Dry valve in the top...then you can fill your bottles from that...and get it filled at a dive shop..or You could get an Account with BOC or another gasses supplier, and get either the huge 5 foot tall tanks or the smaller ones like they use in pubs, filled with nitrogen, and use them...but they are usually only filled to just over 2000 psi.
