Where to buy a podgee?

What the hell is a podgee? I've picked up on a fair bit of British terms but that's one I haven't run into yet. This is so nice...I'll be able to expand my vocabulary by another word today!

It's like a big swab that cleans out the inside of your hopper after a break. Best when brought on the playing field.

And by the way, the term podgee is not necessarily British and either am I.
