Where to buy: 45 degree elbow fittings

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy 45 degree elbows, one which has a 'female' fitting on the other side so that I put a straight macroline fitting on the end of that. The reason is to tidy up an existing setup and have a couple for spares.

Does anyone recommend any places where I can obtain these?
