where are the marshall points?

i checked the overall rankings on www.millennium-series.com. but there where no marshall points for any team, which marshall portugal or germany.

can anybody explain, why the board cancel all the points? or did they add it at the end of the series?

maybe to avoid the refering points affecting the seeding...

and apply them at the end of the seasson.

or maybe, seen what has happened they have thought in value the marshalling actuation of all the teams to avoid giving them the full 200 points... (but a bad meassure to be taken after the two legs played...)

I have downloaded the ranks two hours before, and the marshalling points were there !!! they have modified it just by now...

I think they are adding them at the end of the Series, because there were a lot of complaints about some marshaling teams. Now the Millennium Board wants to check that out, maybe some teams will not get their full 200 points.

The way I see it, it is a good thing to check out what complaints there are, at least something is done with what we say!

Perhaps the points should be assigned more or less immediately after an event but not applied to a team's total until the end of the year?

Of course, but assigned points would have to be publically posted otherwise their "assignment" is in question.

As to the Limmennium--it is the Millennium's dyslexic twin and as everyone knows there is always an evil twin but which is which?

The marshalling points will affect both ways. I bet cyclone would have gotten more points than 0 if we wouldn't have marshalled germany.

I would hope somebody told us before germany that the points are not going to be added straight away.

If they are not added it is better to wait until quite end of the season before you decide at all if there is any point in marshalling and as I wrote before as it is now there really isn't any point in it anyways besides supporting the series.

Another VERY valid point.

It all indicates that allocating the points should be done soon after the event, with the understanding that if some teams haven't performed as well as they should that those ponts can be revoked after a period of investigation/consideration.
