Every bottle i have purchased has had a very small amount of pressure. I know some players have posted up saying they have bought new bottles with 1000psi in them.

No. :D

They may contain a small amount from testing, but they dont come pre-filled.
Nice quick Ninja edit crash:p
Personally i would keep at least a few hundred psi of pressure in the tank to stop any moisture getting in. That could be the reason manufacturers have a small amount of pressure in the bottles, but thats only my guess. :)

Nope. Pretty much all dive shops do not have the neccesary fill rig to fill air systems.

Sites should be pretty much the only place you can fill your system, unless you have your own dive tank and fill rig.

Most responsible paintball shops will also refuse to fill an air system, unless they know you and what you intend to do with it. This is to stop pikeys from misusing paintball kit in the public and giving us all bad press!
