OK then, here is my first attempt at writing up some rules for Wheelchair only paintballing.

Right then
Wheelchair Paintball rules:- Fields will be without a snake bunker and laid out symmetrically.
Wheelchair users to be strapped in, anyone can use a wheelchair not just disabled players.
Players with Amputations or limitations that prevent wheeling of wheelchair may opt to have a Assistant/Pusher, these are part of the Reffing team so no bias is shown, they can only push a player where the player asks to go and if they are still in the game.
Breakout:- Players are to be in the chair and front wheels of the chair behind the breakout line, Marker either touching the deadbox bunker or pointed down to the ground (depending on how player wants to break out either by shooting then moving or moving then shooting)
Hits to the chair do not count, likewise if the assistant is hit.
Hits to the player, marker, mask do count and are an Elimination.
Race to format (Ie first team to X number of points wins the round!)
Format can be split into powered/manual chairs.
Any able bodied person playing must be belted into the chair and prevented from getting up and running (same as in Wheelchair basketball)
All players can be assisted onto and off the field a marshall may be nominated to help escort players off the pitch for safety.
Thats what I have so far, just need to find a load of chairs, players and field to try it out on.

What are people's initial thoughts?

I hope to arrange a afternoon or a day of games for wheelchair users and so on so am on the hunt for chairs and a place to store them!
