Not beer but Jack Daniels Single barrel whiskey.

Hard to get and expensive, but it's like liquid gold

Spirits - Jack Daniels or good malt whisky straight on the rocks

Beer - any UK real ale or nice Belgian brews like Kwak, Duval or Palm
