whats the operating pressure of a shocker please?

What bolt do you have, normal is 180psi - 220psi.

Mine runs fine at 160ish low dwell, standard HE bolt and firing can combo, the higher you have your dwell the lower you opewrating pressure, the lower the dwell the higher your pressure needs to be.

alrite mate im switching up my 05 reg with a shocker one just for somthing new

was hoping it was goin to be a bit higher than that but hell il give it a go

ever tryd swapping these things around yourself?

anything that will hit 200psi is fine, I've used all manner of regs, never an ego one though

re-read this thread an i dont think explained myself very well mate im putting the shocker reg on the 05 ego which operating pressure is between 300 and 350psi
i think what i should have said was:
will i be able to dial up the shocker reg suffienctly to give that kind of output or will it become really inconsistant at that pressure?
think thats makes more sense im goin to give it a go anyway
just wondering what to expect

Oh, It may go up there but I've never tried, I know it will hit 250 no-problems, is it the old style (allen key adjustment, or the new style (ion spanner style adjustment)?

not so sure hasnt come yet it came off breakaways sft hybrid shocker if that helps?

Old style, they are excellent, you want to wind it in, it is set at roughly 180psi atm it's also spankingly clean inside as I did it, just whack it on, 3/16 allen kery in the bottom and get turning in.
