What's the best fit?

Just curious. does anbody have an recommendations for which is the best freak insert to use fo shootin Draxxus paint? specificaly Blaze? i only have a .695 insert and it might as well not be there as it doesn't improve the fligh of the ball enough.

There is no best insert. Paint from a single manufacturer, single type, will vary from batch to batch, box to box. Sometimes even ball to ball.

I mostly use blaze or midnight and I most commonly use .687, .689, .691. I have been down to .684 once I think as well. Your best bet (if you have the money) is to get the whole kit with all 8 inserts.
