whats the best feedkneck for me?

looking for some advise in choosing a feedkneck,
i have a vert feed spyder with the two semi circles in front and behind the kneck, secured by 2 screws.
i want as low a rise as possible with a locking feature, what would you suggest?

the qlock is really nice and seem to be the most popular at the moment.however i prefer the twist lock feedneck which still do the same job but are abit cheaper.

ull need an adapter for the qlock,thatll cost bout 7quid.not sure bout the twist feed one.
