whats lighter?

a lot of people have bieng saying ego is light, but the shocker is soooooooo small!!
anyone own both? could you get some scales out

by the new ego i take it you mean the xl66??
if so im not 100% on it but i believe its the lightest marker on the market. if someone could back me up on that please

the new ego is incredibly light,
Even my 05 is lighter than most shockers..
However.. there are some seriously upped shockers out there that are built for less weight..
i think, stock, out of the box, the new egos would win though..

Weight: 966g; Ego 6, Eclipse On/off and regulators.
1108g Inc. Shaft Solo Barrel
Length: 265mm; Ego 6, Eclipse On/off and regulators.

Crucially the SL66 is 14% lighter than a stock Ego 6, and 0.2” shorter in height.

The verdicts in its stock conditions are:
Ego 6 = 966g
SL66 = 830.76g (14% lighter than a stock Ego 6)
Shocker = 1 pound 14 ounces (850.5g)
So if my calculations are all correct the Shocker is over 100g lighter then the 06 but just short of the SL66.

i too looked at the smart parts website for an answer does the shocker weight include a barrel and asa???
I’m not too sure as it doesn’t state it and I haven’t tried weighing the shocker my self ???
But if they were included in its weight then I would imagine it would make it a little lighter then the SL66.
