1 bar is approx 15psi.So 300 bar is 4500 approx.

3000k is 232bar

be careful because a 3000k bottle is a max limit test pressure of 300-320 bar, which might make you think it's a 4500k
normally you will see two pressures marked on the bottle. The lower of the 2 will be the operating pressure.

300 bar will be the max fill pressure.

A 310bar/4500psi bottle is tested up to 450bar approx, so you have a large safety margin but i think your burst disk is rated at about 380bar so that will blow first.
Safety first stick to the operating pressure of the bottle, even a burst disk failure can be extremely dangerous.
232bar - 3000psi
310bar - 4500psi
