About the E-99
Alex the E-99 is the ****ish pile of donkey crap and should be melted down into a toylet prush and use the barrel to pick your noise, so thats my thoughts on the crapest gun on the planet.

I hade to use this once as a back up gun
To be honest i would give this marker a 5/10 you may want to consider a new barrel and regulator as the reg isn't very consistant at all, and i don't really care for the dip switch at all, but you can upgrade the trigger frame. You may want to buy an electric hopper that is cappable of feeding 10-12 balls a second.
you also may want to get another drop forward as well.
If you upgrade everything every thing this gun would pretty much rock.
P.S i said a lot of bad things about the marker cause im in bad mood, but its actually a pretty good intermediate gun.
