You are playing a game you shoot an opponent who is on the move and you see it hit,he makes his or her bunker and the marshall goes in for the check without calling the player neutral,in the back of your mind you know they are gonna be deemed clean cos they have had the oppurtunity to wipe themselves up and down and left and right all over a lovely messy barricade but in the meantime whilst watching all this goings on you have a chance to mark this player all over again,you may hit the marshall as well though.What would you do?

If the judge doesn't call him neutral just keep lamping away as he's a live player regardless of the fact he's being checked

if you can't shoot him wait for him later in the game then go mug the fool for being a no game loser for wiping....remember to get really close and aim for sensitive areas

if the marshall hasnt called him neutral, then light him up. the player should know better than to move out of possition if the marshal hasnt called him neutral.
as for shooting the judge, that part of his job and if he is going to stand that close to a player who is hanging out of a snake its his own fault.
if any questions are asked then your responce should be along the lines of 'the judge didnt call him neutral, so he is still a valid target' no ultimate would argue with that

OT: One thing i've wondered about is; if a player is called neutral and they are the last player.....can you move up on 'em.....or even past them?
