What To Do

Hey All

I've been PBing for about 3 years now when i started i brought an Ion which i have UP'd Slightly over the years and it has served me well.

Now, do i put some money in and get the ion a new board, bolt detents etc and fully up it as all the people i play with now own angels etc or should i sell the ion and look at something like a G3 dont want to spend serious wedge on doing either

What would you all suggest and if you say sell how much do you think i should sell my ion for.

i'd personally sell it and look at "better" markers, ego's and DM's etc

How much should i aim to get for the ION? and you think something like a DM6 would be a good choice?

nt sure on prices for ions, never owned one.

A DM6 is a fantastic marker and fairly cheap
Then again any ego or DM/PM marker will be good

dm6's are awsome!!!!!!!!
so are egos but try before you buy if you can

You may struggle to sell the Ion for any amount worth having.

If you are intending to upgrade, then you will be looking at spending £200 upwards.

For what you might get for the Ion, you may as well keep it as a backup or occasional use marker and just drop the £200+ on an Ego, DM or whatever takes your fancy.

Considering you could buy an Ion New, for around £90 at one point, a 3 year old "slightly upped" one, will not be worth selling unless you find a mug, which is wrong and may bite you in the ass some day.

Thanks, I'll keep my ion then use it as a Newb/Mates Marker i think then look at the best marker i can get for about £250 DM6 etc?

Really speaking, and the general consensus of opinion would be, to spend that on an Ego6 or a DM6/7 whichever works best for you and start terrorising the Three Elms area.

when selling ions it always works out most profitable to split them down into parts, as even most the stock items are generally sort after by ion owners
