dont know about angels, but if you dont need or want it to come out ever again, go with the loctite. i would imagine that the superglue would just become tacky against metal on metal...
Loctite is a thread locker/sealant, if you're using on something threaded, it keeps it in place perfectly. Super glue is an adhesive/bonding agent, it's best used on non-threaded items that you want to "stick" together. I'd go for the loctite.
In paintball you should be using thread lock, isn't locktite merely a brand name??
You don't want to use glue on a paintball marker, generally speaking blue threadlock is what you want.
1 word.....Feck has anyone got any of the loctite that i can use plz as i can't get hold of any
i should point out actually that it isn't called the snap ring at all. i just looked in the manual and it says the snap ring is attached to the hammer which isn't what i is looking for. It's the one that sits on the breech in the little indent to make sure that the air goes into the bolt.....does that change anything?!?!?
I couldn't get any either and went to Halfords. Got some stuff called Nutlock which for the smaller screws which don't need the heavy duty stuff. There is stronger stuff there too if you want to keep the wheels on your motor there for a while
but that means getting off my arse.... ok mike cheers i'll have a look if i get the chance. if not glue it is as i'm sure that's what frazer said to me.
