Assuming you were shooting a Freak or your Favorite tube just happened to be the perfect match for any paint what paint would you choose and why? I'm not looking for answers like "because they sponsor me" I'd like to know real reasons here people ... If this has already been beaten to death I'm sorry ... I'm still a noobie in this here place.
Thanks.

you make no sense your talking gibberish but i think u mean like you are shooting a freak barrel or any other barrel what kind of paint to use? right?

My answer is that just experiment but a freak barrel has interchangable bore sizes so it doesnt matter just find paint that is actually round unlike brass eagle. well for me i use a xcel barrel and zap performance you know it comes in those plastic bottles of 400. it fits almost perfectly.

RP Scherer, the new shell makes a noticeable difference in consistecy at the chrono, and that makes me happy.

Okay Micah, what about you? You asked the question, but you neglected to include your opinion. By the by, are you going to let us in on who you play for? Forgive me, you may not be who I think you are, or you could be, and...it's not boasting if someone asks.

Sorry, I'm really not a freak.;)

Couldn't have said it better myself! RPS rocks the house when it comes to paint. And to answer the starter of this threads questions' i would say with a freak, you basically can shoot any paint because it has differen't bore sizes!

Well, I'm not Micah McGlocklin from Ironmen if that is what you're thinking. My team right now is kind of a joke. Just a bunch of guys from school that like to play. Most of them aren't really dedicated at all. And they're not willing to learn or practice, they just want to play. It's driving me nutz. I've changed teams alot in the last couple of years. But dedication and other teenagers don't seem to mix.
So about my paint prefrence. I Shoot Hellfire, inferno, and the new marbz depending on price and what I'm doing. I do like the new marb shelz. I had bought a case of All Atar from the first batch to hit my local shop and I just hated it. It was really inconsist and I broke 6 of them in my gun. I was not having a good day.
Well if any Am or even Am B teams in SoCal are looking for an energetic and deticated Front guy (in 10 man I've played mid and even back, I just don't shoot really fast ... suffice to say I'm pretty versitile) let me know, I think I'll be hanging around here for a long while ...

You got me, I was wrong. Micah isn't a real common name, so I thought it was worth a shot.
As far as dedication goes, I can totally relate, Bud. I play on two teams, two totally different teams. They have different local sponsorship, so that's why they aren't combined, but my point is, it's so difficult to keep the rosters full, I still miss events I want to attend, even with two teams! Our last ten man, I had players from three teams on my roster. It's okay since we usually scrimmage each other, and meet up at tournies, but it's obviously not the ideal situation. Anyway, you're not alone.;)

I havn't used that many paintball brands yet, but the ones that I liked were: Diablo Blaze, and Point Blank. I have an AA stainless steel barrel, and the paint works great with that barrel! ;)

Zap Kryptoniser for the summer months
Chronic for the winter.

Zap have come a long way with their paint, and cant fault it. Have had all kinds of trouble with different paints in the past, but can honestly say I would chose Zap over any other brand right now.

The problem only comes when you pick the wrong ball for the weather conditions, And that aint the balls fault, its the baller using it ;)
