what pads dnt slide out from your leg when you slide ,last 2 tornis ive come hom from i found my knees in pain and very brused and another team m8 of mine all the pads he has used he says they slip away from him wen sliding

Instead of slide shorts under your game pants, look up your American football retailer and buy some neoprene American football pants and some small knee pads - full protection for upper leg from friction burns, the pads protect your knees and stay in place because the pants have pocket for them
