what oils can i oil my marker with?

I'm not 100% sure but isn't it anything that is synthetic as long as its not mineral based as they eat away at your "O" rings.

jnr1981 is correct! any mineral based oil will eat away at your o-rings causing them to perish and fail. i tend to use a thin pneumatic oil in the air side, and a silicone based spray on the bolts or anything fast moving. and a touch of grease on the mechanical triggers and sear/releases never hurt either! hope this helps.:)

for cooking with? yes, its perfect!! but seriously, you could on the air side but it is a bit skinny for the constant lubeing of the fast and constantly moving parts. for the cost of some decent oil is it worth damageing your marker?

i used to put cooking oil on the barrel where i was loosining and tightening it all the time, but i wont any more
