To actually answer you question :
You can run angels on Co2, just you need to get a proper reg. for the bottle, cos angels will work a lot better if the pressure is constant. You'll need to have an anti-syphon on the co2 bottle and that should be about it.

Well, The whole Finnish team Twilight plays with Co2 angels made by Mara, one of Twilight's players.

Iam not going to do it i was just thinkin and how did that team do that(that team on the link i was a pic on PBN)
the only mods you would need to make is to ensure you keep all liquid CO2 out of the gun, probably used the palmer stablisers and a filter into the mini reg and that should just about do it!
