What mods are there for a Matirx

Some guy (dont know who he was .. but thanks if it was you)was kind enough to let me put some paint through a matrix at SWAT... And I loved it instantly....


I have since read Ravi's review on the matrix, and was a bit concerned about the limited number of shots from a 4500, 1.1l bottle...

I was wondering a) What mods are there fro the matrix and do any of them significantly increase this figure,
b) Is there any where in the UK where I can get a Matrix which has already been modified??
c) and can I get a nice Blue one????

heard a rumour that eclipse may be looking at doing one... can any one comment...

I have a Matrix with pretty much every mod you can get (cant resist new shiney toys!!) and the new bolt mod (From Aardvark: http://www.aardvarkpaintball.com/ ) does increase the efficiency up by about 30% but I would still recommend a 1.5l 4500psi air system. The new matrix will have this mod included and also the bolt pressure reduciny Trinity (less bolt smegs).

Its a top gun and I would recommend it to anyone.

are there any other mods you know of.. what do you reckon of the matrix as a marker for a back/middle player??

I bought my Matrix of Ebay of all places. It cost $800 for a Shocktech matrix, a real bargain. The items I have added are:

Aardvark bolt and chip
Tarantula blade trigger
Dye Stickygrips
MacDev Conquest 4500psi 1.5l air system
MacDev Gladiator vertical reg.
Matrix Centre ASA
Shocktech Drop-forward
Freak Barrel system.

Most of these mods I have ordered over the Internet and have been happy with the service I have recieved.
This gun rocks, great for play anywhere on the field (I play back centre but have a tendancy to wander!!).

I see no one has commented on the eclipse part.... does any one know.....
